We know that trust is earned and we are honoured to touch the lives of thousands of people every year. We are committed to ensuring that trust extends beyond our emergency response to the everyday wellbeing of all New Zealanders. Through our Caring Caller, Waka Ora Health Shuttles, and Medical Alarm services, we’re here to help you stay well, stay connected, and stay in your own home longer, as well as in times of emergency.
We are incredibly grateful for your continued support – it is what enables us to reach 90% of our population, serving 97% of locations across the motu, 365 days a year.
