Harcourts achieved national wins in Overall Residential Salesperson of the Year, Residential Rising Star of the Year, Residential Property Manager of the Year (Individual), Residential Property Manager of the Year (Team), Residential Office of the Year (small and large), and the Community Service Award. We are also proud of our long‑standing success in auctioneering, with Harcourts auctioneers having won both the Senior and Novice division awards for the Australasian Auctioneering Championships. Community involvement is a core part of who we are. We believe strong, supported communities create better outcomes for everyone. This belief guides the work of the Harcourts Foundation, which helps communities across New Zealand, Australia and South Africa. The Foundation has donated over $10 million to organisations that provide local care, safety, housing and essential support for individuals and families.

Recent Foundation activity includes support for rural communities affected by severe weather events. One grant assisted a flood‑affected region with practical clean-up work and essential recovery resources. This type of support helps communities rebuild and regain stability during challenging times.

We also continue our long-term partnership with Hospice New Zealand. Hospice services provide essential care for people at the end of life and support their families. Our partnership has now been in place for nine years, and through the Hospice NZ Grants Programme, we have contributed more than $380,000 to local hospices across the country. These grants help hospice teams provide comfort, care and practical support.

Across New Zealand, our people play an active role in supporting the communities they live and work in. Harcourts teams regularly get behind charity auctions, local fundraising events and community initiatives that provide care, safety and support for New Zealanders. Recent efforts have contributed to services such as hospice care, women’s refuge support, rural recovery efforts and local organisations offering help to people and communities that need it most. These activities reflect the genuine care and hands‑on commitment our people bring to their communities every day.
